Community Guidelines

Rules & Prohibited Content

By accessing or using worldmeeting.chat, you agree to comply with these rules in their entirety. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • 1.1Minimum age — 18 years. worldmeeting.chat is an adult platform strictly reserved for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering and using the Service, you declare under your own responsibility that you meet this requirement.
  • 1.2Age verification. We reserve the right to request identity or age verification at any time. Refusal to comply or submission of false documentation constitutes grounds for immediate permanent ban.
  • 1.3Parental responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of parents and legal guardians to prevent minors from accessing this platform. worldmeeting.chat expressly disclaims any liability for access by minors facilitated by an adult.
  • 1.4One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or suspension is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these guidelines.

2. Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance

The following behaviors result in an immediate and permanent ban with no right of appeal, and may be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities:

  • 2.1Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any production, distribution, possession, or display of sexual content involving minors. This is a criminal offense. We are legally obligated to — and do — report all instances to the authorities cited above.
  • 2.2Solicitation of minors. Any attempt to contact, groom, recruit, or sexually solicit individuals under the age of 18.
  • 2.3Non-consensual recording and distribution. Recording, screenshotting, capturing, or distributing video or audio content from sessions without the explicit written consent of all parties. The platform does not record sessions; users who do so independently bear full criminal and civil liability.
  • 2.4Nudity and sexual acts in normal mode. Display of genitalia, nudity, or sexual acts of any kind during normal (non-adult) sessions.
  • 2.5Terrorism and violent extremism. Promotion, glorification, financing, or facilitation of terrorist acts, hate groups, or organizations designated as terrorist entities by any government.
  • 2.6Doxing and threats. Publication or threat of publication of private personal information (address, phone number, family details) with intent to cause harm.
  • 2.7Illegal content. Any content that is illegal under applicable law, including counterfeit goods, illegal weapons, controlled substances, or fraud.

3. Prohibited Behaviors — Suspendable Offenses

The following behaviors will result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity and recidivism:

  • 3.1Harassment and cyberbullying. Persistent unwanted contact, insults, intimidation, threats, or coordinated campaigns targeting a specific individual.
  • 3.2Hate speech and discrimination. Content that dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • 3.3Spam and unsolicited advertising. Repeated, automated, or bulk transmission of commercial messages, affiliate links, phishing URLs, or promotional content.
  • 3.4Impersonation. Misrepresenting your identity, including impersonating worldmeeting.chat staff, public figures, celebrities, or other users.
  • 3.5Cheating automated systems. Use of bots, scripts, VPN abuse, or technical workarounds to circumvent moderation, matchmaking, or geographic filtering.
  • 3.6Nudity in adult mode involving minors. Regardless of the session type, any sexual content involving anyone appearing to be under 18 is absolutely prohibited (see §2.1).
  • 3.7Self-harm content. Graphic depiction of self-harm, suicide, or content that promotes these acts.

4. Adult Mode — Specific Rules

  • 4.1Premium subscribers only. Adult mode is exclusively available to verified premium subscribers who have confirmed they are 18+.
  • 4.2Mutual consent. All sexual content in adult mode must be consensual between adult participants. Any non-consensual display constitutes a violation and will result in immediate ban.
  • 4.3No commercial exploitation. Adult mode sessions may not be monetized, recorded for redistribution, or used for webcam model solicitation without explicit platform authorization.
  • 4.4Age verification obligation. If a participant appears to be or claims to be under 18, you are obligated to immediately disconnect and report. Failure to do so makes you an accessory to the violation.

5. Privacy, Recording & Data

  • 5.1No platform recording. worldmeeting.chat does not record, store, or retain video or audio streams. All video is transmitted peer-to-peer (P2P) between participants and never passes through our servers.
  • 5.2User recording prohibition. You may not use third-party tools to record, screenshot, or capture any participant's image, audio, or video without their express prior written consent. Violations constitute potential criminal offenses under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
  • 5.3Personal data. Do not share your own or others' personal information (full name, home address, phone number, financial details) during sessions. We are not liable for data shared voluntarily by users.
  • 5.4GDPR compliance. For EU residents, you retain rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability over your personal data. Contact privacy@worldmeeting.chat to exercise these rights.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

  • 6.1Warning system. First-time moderate violations receive a formal warning visible in-session. Recidivism results in automatic 7-day suspension.
  • 6.2Temporary bans. Temporary bans (7 days) may be lifted by purchasing an unban credit (€4.99) or subscribing to Premium. This does not expunge the violation record.
  • 6.3Permanent bans. Zero-tolerance violations (§2) result in permanent bans with no right to unban payment. Appeals may be submitted via the appeal process but are granted only in cases of demonstrated factual error.
  • 6.4Law enforcement referral. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will disclose account data (IP address, registration email, session metadata) in response to valid legal process or when we have reasonable belief that a crime has been committed.
  • 6.5Civil liability. Users who violate these guidelines and cause harm to other users or to the platform may be held civilly liable. worldmeeting.chat reserves the right to pursue damages.
