1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use worldmeeting.chat. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe to be minors.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Appear nude, partially nude, or engage in sexual acts on camera.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Share content that depicts minors in any sexual context.
• Spam, advertise, or use automated bots.
• Attempt to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

3. Moderation & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms. Banned users may submit a single appeal per ban via the appeal page. We do not offer paid pathways to lift bans.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium is a monthly subscription (€4.99/month) billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using worldmeeting.chat you consent to those practices.

6. Video & Data

Video streams are transmitted peer-to-peer (WebRTC) and are never stored by our servers. We do not record video or audio sessions.

7. Disclaimers

worldmeeting.chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content generated by users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
